Hi My wife 53 years old. Renal donor. Diabetic and hyper tension under control with drugs. Having varicose veins on both the legs.(initial stage) insufficient sleep. To have better sleep and to have some more agility to do some more work or walking with out much strain please advice

Surgical shops have varicose veins stockings which she can wear during the day and during night, she can keep both legs on a pillow. I do not think there is any restriction on exercises in renal donors. Yoga is a good alternative and would help in sleep too.
